Our AI is pre-trained on behavioral science frameworks. Your child's data only individualizes their own experience. It never leaves that scope.
We collect account information (name, email), child profile information you provide (sensory profile, communication style, triggers), daily check-in data, crisis mode usage patterns, and IEP document content when uploaded. We collect minimal analytics to improve the product (page views, feature usage) using privacy-respecting tools.
All collected data is used exclusively to provide, improve, and personalize the Autinex service for you and your child. We do not use behavioral data for advertising, profiling, or any commercial purpose other than delivering the product you subscribed to.
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings. Deleted data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
Autinex is designed for parents and caregivers managing information about their children. We take this responsibility seriously. Child profile data is stored under the parent/guardian's account and subject to all protections described in this policy. We comply with COPPA and applicable children's data protection laws.
