Does the free trial require a credit card?

No credit card is required to start your 14-day free trial. You'll only be asked for payment details if you choose to continue after the trial ends.
What happens after 14 days?

After your 14-day free trial, you'll be prompted to add a payment method to continue. If you choose not to subscribe, your account is paused — your data is never deleted. You can reactivate anytime.
Can I add multiple children?

Yes. Your plan includes one fully individualized child profile. Each additional child is +$10/month and gets their own AI model, IEP brain, crisis mode, and daily planner. Each profile is completely separate and private.
What file types can I upload for the IEP?

Autinex accepts any standard PDF. If your IEP is in another format (Word, Google Doc), export it as a PDF first. The AI can read any length — including those 60+ page documents with dozens of goals.
Is my IEP data used to train your AI?

Never. Your child's IEP document is processed to serve your child only. It is never used to train our AI models, never shared with third parties for AI purposes, and never aggregated with other users' data. Our AI is pre-trained on behavioral science frameworks — your child's data only personalizes their own experience. See our full IEP Privacy Commitment on the homepage.
Does Autinex work offline?

Yes. Autinex is a Progressive Web App (PWA) with offline support. Crisis Mode, your child's profile, and your daily plan are cached locally so they're always available — even if you're in a school hallway with no signal when escalation starts.
Absolutely. Cancel anytime from your account settings. No cancellation fees, no retention calls, no runaround. We earn your subscription every month or we don't deserve it.
Is there a family or caregiver discount?

We're actively building hardship and caregiver assistance options. If cost is a barrier for your family, please email
